I can think of nothing more boring for me than having to create a site just because its keyword pays well. Far better go with something you enjoy and that you’ll stick with, rather than some fleeting time and effort investment in a niche that bores you to death.
I tip my hat to people that have the concentration and willpower to target high paying keywords and make sites that work for them though.:D

David, congrats to you and welcome! Did you play Lego when you were a child? A hub is a page that you build from scratch and you are the one who is deciding the structure of the page. Here is an example: you wrote an article of 3 paragraphs. Your article is very interesting for people that have been “googling” for this information. After reading your article that would probably need to go to youtube (to watch more about it) or to go to eBay to buy it. You have an excellent opportunity to give them a complete source for this particular product by using and attaching different modules to your page, such as youtube, eBay, Amazon, RSS, News, flickr and others. Moreover, you have a full control over your page: you can put the video first or in the middle of your page, include pictures or skip them etc. Cool!
If have free time then you will use that time for making money in online with the writing of blogs,advertising the products in online like that.Above the three ways you can get make money from the online.
